TRAILERS: When your trailer is ready for collection, FELK Engineering will contact you using the information you provided when you placed your order. Please do not attempt to collect before you have been notified, as it means the trailer is not yet finished.
Please note: if the trailer is not picked up within two weeks of notification that is ready for collection, a daily storage fee will apply and will be payable before the trailer leaves the premises (unless delayed pickup was arranged at the time of your order).
FELK Engineering does not provide a freight/shipping service for trailers, however, if the customer would like the trailer shipped to site, we are more than happy to provide necessary weights and dimensions required by shipping companies so that the customer can arrange for this service.
PARTS: FELK Engineering can organise shipping of spare parts on behalf of the customer. Please contact the office on (02) 4954 6955 to arrange a quote.
ALL ORDERS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR COLLECTION FROM OUR PREMISES AT 54 Medcalf Street WARNERS BAY NSW 2282 after notification that they are ready for collection.
