I've contacted Felk Engineering several times as I worked though some braking issues on our new caravan. It turns out the major issue was with the tow vehicle but in the process, we also discovered a compatibility issue with the BMPro Trailsafe. Vaughan has consistently been generous with his time and support as we worked though these items then arranged to install an upgraded control board to address the compatibility issue. Felk's service has been great and I love having reliable, balanced braking on the caravan! Thank you 🙂

Unbelievable service! We purchased a vintage caravan from interstate which required some urgent chassis repairs for the blue slip. The van ended up needing more work than expected, and they kept us informed the whole way along. Phenomenal service from the office staff through to the workshop staff. Have already recommended them to family and friends

Well you could say my review is a long time coming. I bought a galvanised Felk box trailer about 12 years ago, and whilst it was more expensive than many others available in the market, I thought I was getting better quality. It has lived out in the weather, the entire time has had a lot of use and he still going strong. Friends who bought the cheaper no name non galvanised ones have already thrown them away as rusted out piece of junk. Great quality and longevity 😀 Chris

Must say I had the best customer experience with this company. Even thou they were super busy and could not fit my boat trailer in for repairs this week. They went above and beyond to help me out. Wish there were more companies that had this kind of service.

A really good experience. I wanted a trailer for the timber put-put I was restoring. I found the Felk website extremely informative and helpful. I commissioned a new trailer from them and took the boat along on its wonky old trailer for them to assess. The result is perfect. Felk fitted the trailer to the boat, adjusted and balanced it to ensure the pressure on the tow hitch was correct and the rollers correctly positioned. The trailer tows well, rides smoothly and the boat launches and loads easily.
In my opinion Felk are a good honest family business providing a quality product and were a delight to deal with.

Very happy with service, price and quality on my new Felk 7 metre long by 2.5 metres wide galvanized flat bed trailer . I highly recommend Felk.

I’m a builder and I bought a 6 x 4 tipping galvanised trailer back in 2010. It’s still perfect! No rust. And I live near the sea. One time a loader literally buried it in blue metal. I pulled it out of there and drove it home, no problem. Thanks Felk.

I was unfortunate enough to have my boat trailer stolen from the Cockle Creek boat ramp area, and consequently was put in the situation where I needed a substitute trailer to get my boat out of the water. Michael Stewart, the manager at Felk trailers, was immediately helpful. He quickly arranged a new, appropriately sized trailer, and registered it so I could legally and safely get my boat home.
Once the boat was on the trailer, some modifications were required to shorten it to fit into my garage and the rollers had to be adjusted to suit my boat design. The staff at Felk (Rhys, Matt and Nikki) were friendly, good listeners and excellent tradespeople.
Throughout my “ordeal” Michael was helpful, efficient and supportive. He is my vision of the perfect manager: friendly, hard working and knows what he is doing.
I would highly recommend Felk trailers.

Trailers are great quality and very heavy duty.
(My Father bought his first Felk boat trailer well over 30 years ago.. and it still alive)!

Needed an emergency weld repair done on my imported trailer. Called Felks who were very professional from the beginning. They even made me a priority as I use my trailer every day for work! Ended up getting the bearings changed at the same time as they checked over the whole trailer for me. Great customer service! Highly recommend.

Were a little on the pricier side when looking around. Went with them because the guys actually know what they are talking about and you can definitely tell the difference in the build quality, these things are made to last. 5/5 customer service and build quality, 4/5 price.

Having dealt with Michael (General Manager) of FELK Engineering at Warners Bay, I had a Gypsy Trailer specifically built and was extremely pleased with the service responses and consultancy in the 1st instance. I was also particularly impressed with the tradesmanship and materials used and were of the highest standard. I would have no hesitation in recommending anyone who is looking to have a trailer built to consult with this company as they are a family owned business with over 50 years experience and an unchallenged reputation within the industry.

Thanks to Shane and the team at Felk for custom building a trailer for my tiny house on wheels. Not only did they build a great foundation for my new mobile home they also provided great after market service making modifications and adaptations as I required. Great advice and service - highly recommend.

Would like to advise anyone looking for tailer modifications etc. or a new trailer should contact Felk Engineering. Difficult to find a Design & Construct trailer company with the knowledge, know how and attention to detail. The team there are FANTASTIC and offer good old fashioned customer service. I recently picked up a boat trailer that we modified with rollers, new draw bar and dual wheels. It is 100% on the old trailer and now able to handle the harsh conditions that I subject it to. First contact was with Samantha for a quote which I felt was prompt and reasonable.
